Naomi is very laid back and outgoing, the type of person slow to judge and easy to talk to, so she makes friends from all walks of life. She was born and raised in Ashwick so chances are a lot of her classmates she's known from kindergarten on up. She works at CiCi's after school and since her mother's death last year has had to take on extra responsibility at home, including looking after her little brother, so she's not as social as she used to be. Even when she does have time to hang out, she often seems preoccupied and stressed. That's to be expected though, right?

Friends: She tends to collect a wide range of these, from acquaintances to those rare friends she's had since elementary school when she was that 'weird girl'. Before it was somewhat socially acceptable to be 'that weird girl'. I suck at this. Plot me up, yo!

Enemies: I wouldn't say 'enemies', more like people she despises. Let's leave it there.

Lovers: She's had a few boys she's talked to and went out with a few times, but no one she's ever dated seriously. That could change if the chemistry is right.

I like to think that these two have probably seen each other in passing, and each encounter has been really friendly. But I sort of hope they can become better friends as all of this begins to boil down, mostly because I think Callie would find Naomi to be her type of gal. Callie would probably sympathize with her a lot because she knows what it's like to lose someone so close to you so very suddenly. So maybe one day they can be each other's support beams, because god knows they'll need it soon enough.

Very likely. One of those acquaintances she 'knows', but not very well. With all the drama happening this year Naomi will definitely be needing some support from somewhere. So potential gal pals it is! *wishes Naomi hadn't dropped drama after her freshman year in exchange for shop class*

If Naomi wasn't in his Psychology class last year, they probably don't know each other at all, and that's boring. However, if she was that means they do know each other, and that may be better. Lol, I think these two would get along pretty well, and Mr. Lindstrom may have noticed a change in her demeanor and behavior after her mother's death, but he wouldn't make a mention of it unless she brought it up, not even to offer condolences.

Psychology it is (at some point I need to make this girl a class schedule). He's probably one of her favorite teachers, and she'd appreciate his not bringing it up. Her mother working for the school district the accident was probably well reported among the staff, not to mention everyone else, and i'm sure hearing the same hollow condolences over and over again didn't help much. So...yay, teach!

Isaiah, upon trying to expand his comfort zone as far as social interactions are concerned, would be attracted to Naomi's personality and interests. Seeing as how she's artistic and he realizes the emotion that goes into art, he would love getting to know her on a friendly and artistic level, possibly even more.

She might see him at Cici's using its arcade a lot, and school, of course. Technically, these two have a few things in common; they've both lost (a few) someone(s) very close to them and they're both odd, artistic people. While Samson is far more bleak, and possibly depressed, Naomi is far more upbeat (but recently stressed, like you said). I would like these two to be close in the future. He might learn a lot from her. Especially the ability of just... relaxing around people.

Also, he'll be at Cici's during the memorial, so, more free opportunities at getting to know each other? y/y?

I think that Naomi's art has taken a darker turn and she's a lot more somber than she used to be. I could see them companionably co-existing in to a friendship. Maybe she could show him around to some of the abandoned buildings on the outskirts of town where the salvages materials from time to time.

I see them knowing each other through Ellie. Maybe Ellie got Connor to model for a painting or sculpture Naomi was making. Connor would have been completely sympathetic to Naomi losing her mother since he lost his as well and offered condolences (helping her around her house maybe offering to help her cook dinner a couple of times) in some way, which might have solidified a friendship.

It mentions in your app I think that his dad is a mechanic (or I may simply be talking through my alcohol). If he works on diesel engines they might know each other through their dads, her father being a truck driver. If not they could know each other through Ellie, too, and she used him as a model for some school mural or something. Perhaps he came to her mother's funeral?

Yeah Connor's dad is a mechanic but I don't think he would have brought Connor to work with him since he is such a mamma's boy. I love the idea for the mural! And he definitely would have shown up for the funeral with Ellie for emotional support.
