Phoenix isn't generally the easiest guy to get along with. Because of the things that happened to him while he was growing up, he's very emotionally guarded. He would never admit that he's afraid of being hurt if he lets someone in - he would tell you that he just doesn't care enough to get close to anyone - but fear is definitely the culprit. Still, unless you've got a juicy secret that he uses to black-mail you, he's not antagonistic. He also supplies most of the schools drugs, so if you ever like to use, he's your guy.
friends probably means Phoenix is your dealer. It's possible he has one or two people that he's genuinely tight with, though.
enemies are more likely. Make sure you let me know why. Is there maybe a secret of yours (not your big site secret, obviously) that he holds over your head?
lovers are possible. Maybe he has a couple of exes, but no one he would have given his heart to. Crushes are a big possibility, too - who doesn't love a bad boy?

phoenix & sam - so, are we in when it comes to these two being psuedo/fake friends? not even really friends, but maybe acquaintances with these underlying negative feelings that could surface at any moment? especially if samson has something to hide...

I think Silas would find Phoenix more of a nuisance than anything else before all this. When Phoenix finds out this secret they have, then yes, he'll probably be able to hold it over Silas' head.
However.
Silas may be non-confrontational, but his revenge is silent and insidious, so beware what you're getting into. He is, after all, an authority figure, and I don't imagine he's blind to Phoenix's current profession.

Atticus and Phoenix//
Phoenix seems like the kind of guy who has relationships not for the sake of being friendly but for their practicality. In this case, Atticus could have quite a bit to offer, though he does not really condone recreational drug use. I could see Nix being quite buddy buddy with Atticus in an attempt to figure out all the best bathtub chemistrys and hallucinogenic identifications. If Nix wanted to go shroom hunting, Atticus is the guy you want to bring along- after all, he can tell you the difference between amanita phalloides and amanita pantherina without batting an eyelash. With that being said, Atticus might remain kind of naive to Nix's agenda.

Connor wouldn't like Phoenix in the slightest since he detests drugs. Phoenix may have offered to sell steroids and other drugs to Connor at one point in the past leading to a very loud argument. Phoenix might want to shiv the crap out of Connor.

I don't think that they would get along. Eloise would certainly be nice to him - and while she isn't exactly a goody two shoes (she drinks, but doesn't do drugs) I don't know that she would approve of his enterprises. I also think Ellie would dislike that he blackmails people (if she find out about that). She doesn't really have any secrets that he could use against her. Also, I think she might be a little to cutesy for him. Add/Delete/Whatev <3

Ryan is the type to have at least tried pot once just to know what it was like, maybe when he was a frosh. So could we say he bought it from Phoenix?
However he has never been a repeat customer and in general, he wouldn't have much in common with your guy.
Perhaps for both of them now, indifference though not hostility?
